For some reason, I find Momoka's texts really difficult to fully understand most of the times

Well, it's more like some fan was trying to use her younger sister as a means to get closer to Kinoshita herself, acting as a 'friend'. Kinoshita knows that there should be an appropriate amount of distance between idols and their fans, and that if something like this escalates even further than it already has (the good thing is that the little sister hadn't allowed her 'friend' to head into the Kinoshita household as of yet) and becomes something that could endanger her family, Kinoshita said that she is willing to resign (in order to take responsibility).
