She’ll be fine According to Spine-Health it’s normal for some patients to still feel some pain even after they’re feeling better enough to go back to their usual every day routines due to some of their symptoms lasting a bit longer:

Sakura is most likely just experiencing some left over pain symptoms around where her injury is. While it may seem like a good idea for her to take it easy and not do a lot this is not really the best course of action. From my own experience as someone with a spinal problem being too inactive can make it lot harder to properly recover from spinal injury, especially since being active can help someone with a spinal to get used to moving the parts of their body affected by their injury and being inactive for too long can make it very hard to get used to moving those parts of their body again. If it helps ease anyone’s worries they’ve already changed the choreography slightly for some of the Morning Musume songs that the girls have been performing recently to help prevent Sakura’s injury from relapsing.

We need to trust Sakura and the doctor who’s treating her injury to know what’s best for her. If neither her doctor or Sakura herself felt she was ready to return to activities when she was scheduled to do so she would’ve spent a bit longer recovering at home. I understand that people are worried about her still feeling some pain even after recovering from her injury, but you have understand that Sakura is more likely worried about how her fans because we’ve been worrying about her a lot ever since it was announced that she had a spinal injury and quite a few fans have been telling her to not overdo things.

It’s pretty much known that Sakura wants her fans to be happy so she’s probably just worried about her fans worrying about her which is most likely why she was checking with the fan she was talking to during that handshake session to make sure it was really OK with them that she’d returned to activities whilst still experiencing some slight pain (Sakura has stated herself that it only hurts a little) leftover from her injury. Plus her last response indicates that she probably knows there’s not much she can do right away about the pain, aside from taking pain relievers, and realises that over time the pain will eventually ease up and go away.
