-Tsubasa as Mariko-sama, a member of 0048 (episode 1. Notice her in AKB clothing. That tells me she was a member at the time when Nagisa and the others were children)

I took note of those girls' eyes too. i think its somehow very important because notice how all of the idols have hearts all over them in random places but regular people do not? maybe those girls getting hearts in their eyes is suggesting that the girls will strive to become idols in the future just like the current make characters did. of course, we may never know but its something interesting to think about ^^

Another thing to point out. Look at Tsubasa-san when she was "Mariko-sama" . There is a heart pattern in her hair.

Now look at her when she became the Producer/Manager. There is a 4-point star pattern in her hair.

I need to check if Tomochin's family has this star pattern...

I'd be more inclined to call it a diamond/jewel pattern, which seems a bit less cumbersome.

Hmm... with the Tomochins having the diamond it seems less special and makes it look like its what happens after you graduate.

Many questions come up about it. If the current TKMN steps down from her position and graduates, this question will be answered.

With all that was revealed in this episode now there is no question that there will be a second season, if anyone is still questioning that is. No way could they go through all of the storylines in 3 more episodes. I just hope that we don't have to wait long for the second season to start, if it has the same break like nemousu that would be great.

And I am going to guess that Yuka will be the main focus of the episode 11, might have to do with her maybe boyfriend. Or Mimori.

Just comments on episode 10

Waaah episode 10 really set the stage up for more things. Was great to see some different girls getting the focus in episode 10 too, I think Mita Mao has been doing really great(we all knew Shawako would anyway ) I love how expressive Makoto is.
Oooh a previous centre who ran away before whatever happens to Centres happened to her. Seems the hat and sunglasses were to hide the diamonds.
And cool to see some of Tsubasa's past and how she moved from member to staff. Aaah is all exciting.
