Interview with Stage Director - Hirota Terumi (excerpt)
- RSJ: Who are the members that are conscious of the progress of the live? What make you realize that? On the contrary, who are the carefree members?
- Hirota: Basically, everyone understands and moves along with what they think.
Talking about the flow of the show, members like Ishida Ayumi or Oda Sakura often come up with ideas like "It's better if we do it this way?" then everyone thinks together. Finally Fukumura is the one who puts things together and says "Ok then, let's do it that way"
On the contrary, Sato Masaki is the one who would say "I want to do this!", she's the one who gives out her own thoughts.
Interview with Switcher - Matsunaga Kazumasa (excerpt)
- RSJ: There are times when the members move freely, how do you cope with it?
- Matsunaga: But, most of the time it's already "decided". And during such times, the member who often makes my heart skip a beat is Sato Masaki-san.
Sometimes I was aiming for her but she was not there (Haha)
- RSJ: Do you have any episode of the other members?
- Matsunaga: Sato-san often comes to my place and tells me her ideas. Like "You would film it this way at there, right? If so, isn't it better if you move like this?" or "I would do this pose over there".
Interview with PA - Watanabe Eiichi (excerpt)
- RSJ: How about the other members?
- Watanabe: I think Sato is the member with highest capability. And Sato cares about the output sound very much. Rather than having good ears, she really has outstanding musical sensibility.
I also do PA for birthday events, Sato would say something like "During this part, I want you to apply these effects". She is the only member who makes such a request.
