She did seem kind of out of it to me as well during the first half of the concert at least.
Agree, for me she looked either tired or bored... Her moves where sloppy and her singing was not that great in comparison to other concerts, at least for me.
I'm curious as why fans are calling her "ace" she is more as one of the three lead singers.
I think Machan can be a singing power house if she learns to control her voice.

When her throat is good she’s a very strong singer. Unfortunately she tends to push herself and kills her throat before important events. It happens at her birthday event every single year, probably bc it collides with training for Hinafes and the spring tour.

Not really, whenever someone call her "ace" there are still people refuse it
From what I see, people don't really call her "ace" cuz she's not in the center in single cover/ not the one who get the most solo lines/ not the best dancer/ doesn't appear much on magazine but I often see they say she's the one who fits that position the most among the current members.
She has the ace aura on stage, can sing + dance well/ interesting characters/ always say something reach fans' heart / good at fanservice during concert (I've see soooo many fantweets saying after going to their concert, they finally understand why Maachan is the most popular member (included me) )
She's the most popular member right now (most of Japanese H!P wotas now can't disagree this even Maa antis <sometimes i see comments saying things like 'this ugly b*tch is H!P's current most popular, what a shame 
or 'can't understand why this ugly is the most popular' >.... the most popular on SNS, bring a lot of new young fans for the group <esp young girls>, great numbers of goods stock, handshake/ cheki tickets always the first one to sold out, have a list of other idols/ actresses like her... I read 2ch and whenever there an idol confesses that they like MM and Maachan is their oshi, some people there would be like "It's Sato again?" "Always Maachan Maachan" "It seems that people from entertainment industry like Sato" )
She's currently the one who has all the "things" to be called ace.... but people can't call her "ace" because of the only thing she doesn't have, it's the push from the company
Doesn't get the ace treatment from the company actually makes she more special, she will be the legend in MM history because even though she doesn't get ace treatment, she still can become the most popular 
For me "ace" is the word for people like Ai-chan or Riho
Maachan is more than an "ace" for me..... she's "Maachan"

I don't think up front wants to push her as an ace similar to Riho in fear of her getting dissatisfied/stressed/leaving like Riho. She is too important to the group and their sales and does not want to be the ace of the group. She's said she'd rather be the ones supporting them and as such she's in a pretty nice position right now.

I really wonder what's going through her head, because people can change after all. What stuck with me is that she's bored about that she doesn't get much scolding/advise from the tutors anymore, as if they don't watch her anymore and let her run wild, so she has to monitor herself instead. Worked out pretty well for her I'd say. We can definitely say she's a center though. I don't know where I was going with this so I'll just leave it like this. I really wish her to stay for a good while though, so they better keep it interesting for her!
