I feel like the fact that the office doesn’t like her (or at least didn’t in the past) probably makes it stressful for her. not to mention she’s going to university at the same time as being a full time idol. Actually, while it may seem weird for us it's actually very standard for Japanese to apologize for the inconvenience they cause, whether it's their fault or not. Especially more for idols who have "duties" towards their fan.

It may be a generalization, but Verilian has a point. I'll tell you two recent incidents. First, there was a time when Maa-chan was forced to spend hours of editing her blogs due to negligible mistakes. She didn't reveal any secrets, it was her pronunciations, bla bla bla. This was stated by her. Second, there was a time when every members of MM got re-tweeted about some interviews, except her, and her fans complained about that (go back to page 1023). There's no direct evidences to imply that the company hates her, but isn't what the company has done to her irritating to her fans?
Also, it's a norm for Japanese to apologize for the inconvenience, but what she wrote indicated that she was stressed and worried too much, which was not what a usual Maa-chan behaves

i know she will be a little worried about the activities but she need to rest 
The only i'm worried about, is at that type of illness sometimes is caused for having many stress
i hope she is resting well and having a relax time ~ she deserve it

Management may be hard on her, but it's pretty obvious she gets a lot of support on the music production side. I wouldn't be surprised if they helped her with getting into that college.

10 years ago: It was OK to be strict with her to fix some bad habits. Current: Not OK because what the manager corrected her was micromanagement. There are tons of things she needs to do, and spending too much time on fixing spelling mistakes on her blogs was really futile IMO. It's a reason why she almost never writes on Ameblo. Furthermore, she's the only one who doesn't have Instagram account in MM, besides young members (don't know whether she doesn't want it or she isn't allowed to have one, but I suspect the latter).
When her fans look into it, I'm not surprised if they perceive this as hating her, like she got a criminal record a decade ago, but the manager still gets his eyes on her like she's going to do something bad again, even without any signs. And as @Zoe mentioned, it's not like the company hates her, but it's more like "MM manager" hates her. I don't think she has problems with vocal or dancing coaches, or even staffs, but MM manager, different stories. (If the whole company really hates her, she'll never be allowed to go to university TBH)
Don't be surprised if she has trauma because of such treatments.

Well, the manager reports to the upper echelon anyway, so either he is asked to do so, or it's actually just small complains from Maachan, like, you know, everything you aren't happy to do.

^^ Just for the sake of completeness: Sakura doesn't have an instagram account either, but I guess it's because she doesn't want one.
I think at some point the girls mentioned that only those that blog often are also allowed to have one, so Masaki might not be allowed one.

The connection was still bad this time but it seemed better than last time
