I just watched few episodes of NMB48 Geinin, it was so fun!

 

and I must say, Jo made my day, 

 

I'm still new to this *48 stuff, so can someone help me what more videos should I watch to know more about her?

if possible I'd like to watch her from her audition footage (if there's any), variety shows (like Naniwa Nadeshiko, Geinin, and etc.), DVD release and etc.

As for NMB and wanting to learn more about Jo, I'd say Naniwa Nadeshiko is a great start. Not just for Jo, but for several girls. It was a very fun show.

Jou performed Saigo no Catharsis during the first day and was also back in her old spot in OMG. Waiting to see the names for Nagiichi.

 

Well, they said that they would progress at a slow pace when she rejoined NMB and it seems like they are standing by their words. She has been doing the usual KKS chores so far without any special tretment bonuses.

Well, I don't know what to say really.

One thing that I think most people know, is that Jo have been handed everything on a silver platter. Basically given extreme preferential treatment, from the first time she joined NMB48. She didn't really have to do anything, she was made the number one ace immediately. Everything was always a little too quick. And then eventually, she graduated. But, she returned, and you could see that amongst the celebrating faces of the members on the stage, there were also faces of disappointment and uncertainty. Because I am pretty sure that they anticipated what would come next. And sure, in not so long time, she got promoted back to Team M again.

But all of this is not Jo's fault. It's management that is to be blamed for all of this. And I think management just don't care since when she returned, it seemed quite predictable that she would be the ace again. But to Jo I am quite sure she knows how others feel about that, and that to herself, she's in a not so comfortable spot, knowing that she can't control what management does.

Yeah, they're the only ones to be blamed.

And thumbs up to Arii for speaking what's not only on her mind, but also on the minds of other girls - and fans. If it wasn't for the fact that she's graduating, and not pursuing a path in the entertainment industry, I am quite sure she would've been too afraid to speak up. Sure, it got deleted, but at least people got to read it first.

Anyway.. I think it's a good and right decision..

I really want that NMB48 Summer Tour 2014 to be release, so we all can see Jo Eriko sings Romance Kakurenbo again! I really want to hear her sing that song again!

To me that's Jo's song, even though pretty many kenkyuuseis performed that song before she did.
