A new AKB subunit was announced today with the name "BABY GAMBA"!

It's a duo between members:
Nakaya Sayaka
Tanabe Miku

They'll release a DVD single titled, "Ee Janaika" on September 14. In the PV, they'll be dancing with Gamba, which is based on a children's book written by Saito Atsuo titled, "Boukenshatachi: Gamba to 15 hiki no Nakama".

They're also scheduled to make an appearance in the Tohoku region from September 17-19.

Get ready for a subunit more childish than Watarirouka Hashiritai! Just kidding! Not really Think of it as the AKB equivalent to H!P's Minimoni.

Oh. Was just curious. But I like this, I mean, I missed this type of Idol-music...

^ Yeah, I wish H!P would release this type of music again, but I don't think it'd sell well due to the new types of music and styles and stuff like that.

Anyway, it looks cute, and it seems catchy... I wonder how this type of thing will sell these days.

^ I think 18 and 19. I honestly think it wouldn't sell well, especially with not very popular AKB members, but who knows? After all, AKB keeps on surprising people!
