Outside of the 15 seconds of main stage footage Fuji TV *generously* gave the group, I think this is their only TIF footage. It was extremely hot when they performed, but they still got a large audience.

They also sold 264 copies of "Do You Believe" during the week of a-nation bringing their official oricon total to 11,709. Obviously they've sold more than 11,709 though, since there previous reported sales were 11,445, and it's unlikely they've sold 0 copies the past three months.


Finally, for those who weren't iDOL Street fans back in 2012, the above video recaps "avex Idol Audition 2012" (aka the 3rd gen audition that all the GEMbers passed in order to get into Street-sei). There are four parts, so check the channel for the other three. I remember watching the live stream of the audition while I was doing school work and I was keeping track of the girls I thought would make it. Strangely, I didn't pick a single GEM member. Clearly I was insane. Also Seira who is currently in the Osaka Street-sei team (but will soon graduate) was part of the 3rd gen audition (but she didn't pass the final and then auditioned again a year later and made it. Just mentioning because you'll see her throughout the video.) I really want to rewatch the entire audition, but the videos I've found are private.


This is one of the few complete auditions, so posting for Ares and other Chanman fans. She totally forgot the lyrics, but played it off really well.

It was posted on GEM thread because avex Idol Audition 2012 created the streetsei 3rd gen which later form GEM .. i think ..

yes .. I am trying very hard to sell GEM to you ..

honestly, for now, i like GEM the least.. but i dont hate them.. i also like their songs

Later today iDOL Street's producer is going to provide info about "NEXT Street," which could be about the next group (back when GEM was revealed they were "NEXT Street"). I haven't been watching Sutosei Dayori lately, but it's possible they've been dropping hints about what this will be about.

I just discover this show and watch lastest ep (#38) so I'm not sure what is it about, but I think it's variety show like other idol group LOL

Runa had a role in a drama called Tokyo Bandwagon, so I guess that gives her a unique designation within the agency. She's been pushed as the "next" Maya ever since she joined.

I've been thinking about the 4th group for a while now (did several nerdy blog entries on the topic), but with Rihona gone it won't be the same. If they really are restricting the lineup to the current 36 members, this would be my choice:
1. Haachin (Although I'm not sure about her situation. She's mentioned studying abroad, but I don't know if she already did and returned, or if that is a future plan)
2. Fuka Tanaka (Sendai's leader)
3. Ruka (Nagoya)
4. Rio (Nagoya)
5. Hanoka (Sapporo)
6. Riko (Tokyo)
7. Shinju (Sendai)
8. Saku (Sapporo)

That lineup is probably unlikely though because...

Nanase (Fukuoka) and Runa (Nagoya) seem to be locks. And Miri (Osaka), Mayu (Nagoya), and Haruka (Sendai) also appear to be getting pushed.

I don't know anything about the Street-seis so I can't give much of a comment on it.
But I am looking forward to the formation of the new group.

Actually I know very little about them too ..
I am having problem following even the main groups ... so following the streetsei is even harder ..
basically it is the same for all trainees whoever I am following because they are usually more low key ..
but I do know streetsei have their own blogs and they got a lot of performance and even internet shows ..

Basically my great fear when i follow trainee are that they disappear suddenly .. and worse they disappear and I didn't even know for a long time ..
I didn't know that for Haachin .. she seem to be on her way out .. so I have less hope on her now because she didn't make the e-street and w-street senbatsu too
Bascially .. I would think those who make the senbatsu should have a higher chance ..
but I dunno who they are though .. lol
I guess I would go about it with a open mind and wait for them to announce the group ....

^Yeah I think I share your dilemma too. Thats why it is hard to start following them seriously
It the same situation with the current K-Eggs. I hardly know any of the new girls It was different back then with H!P Eggs, since the girls were known to stick around longer.
