Members I hope will get in the senbatsu line: Nakayan, Wasamin, Harucan (harugyan, she declared can herself lol). But wtf they're all very close to each other.

Even though harucan got 2nd last year, I still hope she can get through this year and hopefully be the center

Yea I know there is no NMB or SKE but the ones that I like didnt make it to the tourney so I picked members who haven't been in senbatsu or not in a long time for the most part.

"Janken" was defeated in a practice ROUND AGAINST most of the NMB48 jyanken participates on the latest Star Hime.

AKB48’s Shimada Haruka (18) vowed on August 20th to take the center position in AKB48’s 24th Single, which will be determined by a “Janken Tournament” on September 20th.

Shimada doesn’t have an easy road, her first match is with Kuramochi Asuka (21) and the other contestants in her block are fan favorites like Minegishi Minami (18), Miyazawa Sae (21), and SKE48’s Matsui Jurina (14). However, Shimada isn’t nervous, “If I can, my goal is to get center,” she declared.

The tournament is one month away and last year’s Janken winner, Uchida Mayumi (17), declared she would get center in the same way. Shimada is very eager to make this the second year in a row where the juniors dominate their seniors.

Shimada was together with Takeuchi Miyu (15) and Nakamura Mariko (17) for an event to promote restaurants.

Well, I'm more to hoping that the senbatsu's are all members the we usually see on the bottom part of the ladder. It's the only time that we get to see a different AKB48.

Here's the bracket. It hasn't been updated from the many suspensions that happen this month.
I'm obsessing over it like a basketball tournament. Picking my favorites for each Senbatsu bracket spot. Block D is definitely the group of death

I wonder if they will slide some of the members around within their bracket because of the suspension/graduation???

The easiest thing to do would be like last year, when Ha-chan was didnt have a opponent and just moved on but this year some girls have to win at least 3 matches to make it into senbatsu but a couple only have to win 1...

after looking at the brackets, i like the fact the some senbatsu spots only have members that only have been in 0-2 regular senbatsu singles. the bottom 2 spots in bracket A, 3rd spot in bracket B, 1st and 3rd spots in bracket C.
