I hope this continues. Hopefully S/mileage's sales can really stay this way, even after the new members join. I think this kind of sales is great though, especially since they seem to be doing about the same a MM. (A few hundred could easily go either way, so for now I'd say it's about the same.) But considering they usually don't come that close to MM, this is really amazing. For the last 4nin single, I'm really glad they're doing this well.

When I read they sold 13k launch day I freaked out! I almost screamed!

It would be really great if they could stop in the top 5 all week. I think they can do it! They have a lot of events and TV shows this week so their sales will probably stay really stable!

With 13k launch day, they already need less than 6k to beat KNBB! first week sales, and I'm sure they got over 6k sales today. So they probably already beat KNBB!'s first week sales in just two days! That's amazing!

Generasia wiki says that KNBB! only sold almost 21k total, so they COULD have even beaten KNBB!'s total sales. In just two days. If not today, then tomorrow. Three days.

A couple users on arama are discussing whether the box counts as one or five copies, or doesn't count at all. Does anybody know? The box has just 1 code number and 1 code bar, so I would say it counts as one copy. Oricon might not even know how many CDs are in the box? Also, Early Morning Musume Box had 13 CDs right? It sold 10K I think. If it had counted each CD in the box the reported sales would have been 130,000 copies! So I think box counts as one copy? (In case they count it at all)

Agreed; why on earth would they sell a box like that if it didn't count as 5 copies? (unless UFA really doesn't give a crap about Oricon anymore and just about lining it's pockets)

^ In fact, box price is the sum of all five individual CDs. It's not even that "special" and certainly no discount at all.

But yeah, I guess they wouldn't sell it if it counted just one instead of five.

^ If you buy a box set you get a ticket to go to a special event & take a picture with the girls. That is why it's sold. Otherwise it wouldn't make sense! Plus it's just convenient for people who buy all copies anyways.

Oh I didn't know the picture thing. And still, if the people buying all copies switched to the box, the sales are still amazing per se.
