Anyone following this AMAZING dark look into the lives of Mahou Shoujo?

I'm simply amazed at it. Someone please be keeping up with it, so we can gab about speculations and such. ^^

The reason she is depressed all the time is because it's a realistic character. Her life turned to nothing in a small amount of time and....spoiler

Sayaka kind of abandoned her. I feel bad for her... Even Mami died. Everything she cared about just like died... and Sayaka will probably become a witch now.

The show is amazing, though. Watch it. It's really dark and really good. Makes you think differently about Mahou Shoujo.

I absolutely LOVE this anime. I wish the episodes were longer and got released more quickly though! I am just getting so impatient to see how things go.

i mean, there's a reason why homura won't let her make a contract
and iunno, if homura went to the future to stop madoka...
the ending must be prettty bad if she transforms

and kyuube seems to have a lot more intention than we can see....in a bad way

which is why i love this anime~~ so freaking dark!!!

There is definitely a reason Homura doesn't want her to contract. You saw how she stopped Madoka from contracting last episode. Something terrible happens in the future and Homura wants to stop it.

Yeah. It's so hard to wait a week to fill in the blanks of what were left of the previous episode.

QB being the "Incubator"? Hmmm. QB is also spouting lies about her becoming "God" if she contacts ,probably. Just a way to get her to contract.

i dont think he's lying...but like normal, he's prob holding out on a detail. like, she prob will have awesome powers, but there's prob a condition...or something that would work in qb/kyuube's favour :/

iunno, thats just how i see it

and like...after learning about how qb is also the "incubator" and how, when mahou shojos grow up, they turn into witches....
i think qb is in charge of keeping that "cycle"
like, if he didn't contract with any more girls
the witches would keep spouting around
so thats prob why he keeps trying so hard to contract with them
so that there will always be a fresh batch of mahou shojos to battle the witches....

Homura shot QB to death the second time? It was a little creepy when he ate his own dead body, though. Millions of bodies to use for the mind. He's seriously going to be the final boss or bad guy. It's leading up to the girls defeating him. He never told the girls they would turn into witches. How nice a guy.

then just slap a rating on it saying it's not for kids =_=
not eveything on tv has to be catered to kids
and for the adults who are light-hearted

and besides, this anime is great because it shows..a darker side to mahou shoujos
kinda de-glamorizes how ppl might think of mahou shoujos

QB...isn't evil. he isn't good or evil. he just thinks...about "the best result".
that's wat i realized from this ep
and ZOMG NO KYOKO D:
can't believe qb allowed her to die just so that madoka would be forced to become a mahou shoujo...
and then he can collect the mass amount of energy from her when she's a witch :/
i understand he's not evil in thinking that way, cuz it's like...thinking of the "greater good"
but like....WOW SO COLD. LOL

but then i realized...that it wouldn't happen cuz this anime isn't like normal

WHAT!? Kyoko and Sayaka BOTH died in that episode. D: This is really unexpected and crazy. >_< Do you think this anime will be a short 13 episode anime like a lot are? I really hoped it would be a long one. >_< Edit 2: Actually wikipedia and other sites say 12 episodes. T.T That is so short.

although i know how u feel....i actually kinda prefer it being short lol
it's kinda hard to actually make a successfully long anime...
the only one that i've even encountered that was pretty awesome
was kuroshitsuji & the to aru series
they both managed to keep the suspense, mystery and plot

if MSMM had awesome directors/w.e. like those i wouldnt mind lol
but if it drags on like naruto/bleach/shugo chara,
it wouldnt be that great

but it does feel like these eps are going a litle fast
but...i guess thats what makes us crave for more

so i guess....3 more eps to go? D:

Well, I didn't see Kyoko dying anytime soon. People are dying all the time here.. Well from humanities perspective, QB IS evil. I guess from his species perspective, she's good. God damn this show. I'm sad now. I loved Kyoko.

It's a really good Anime, but depressing.

At least they explained the whole story in episode 9.
