One man, 古坂和仁 (Kosaka Kazuhito), with two public personalities; 古坂大魔王 (Kosaka Daimaou) and ピコ太郎 (Pikotaro). Though Kosaka Daimaou claims that Pikotaro is a completely different person who just shares some similarities in appearance.

Long before Pikotaro's global exposure showing everyone what to do when you happen to be holding a pen, a pineapple, and an apple...

...there was this commercial in 2012 for an app from イトーヨーカドー (Ito-Yokado) Department Store, part of Seven & I Holdings Co, in which DJ Kosaka Daimaou, 日高光啓 (Hidaka Mitsuhiro), from the group AAA, and 重本ことり (Shigemoto Kotori), from Dream5, performed.

In this picture of Dream5 lined up with Kosaka Daimaou at the end...

...the members are wearing their costume for the 「READY GO!!」 /「 Wake Me Up!」 single which was released in 2012.

And the reason for so much of Kosaka Daimaou in this thread is because he is back in another CM with a Dream5 member.
