[] Eripon talking about her memories of Resonant Blue

"There was this project about me wanting to be Sayashi Riho-chan..." 

(probably referring to one of her birthday events where she sang Riho's parts in the song)

 

[] From Fuku-chan (couldn't find in what context this was said though)

"There are also some current members who joined because they admired Sayashi Riho-chan."

 

[] Nonaka on singing Daisuki Dakara Zettai ni Yurusanai

- She apparently contacted Riho right away when she found out she'll be singing the song with Oda

- Riho said "I'm entrusting it to you guys" to her and Oda, who had previously declared that she wouldn't sing it with anyone else but Riho

 

After the event, Nonaka also talked about how happy she was to be given the opportunity on her blog, even posting her first ever 2-shot with Riho.

Hey guys,

 

I'm not gonna add anything of value, but since it's the 20th anniversary I went on a Riho video binge..

Gosh, I miss her so bad. I feel like I'm so weird for admiring her so much (if that makes sense?) and thought it would get easier after some time but as soon as I watch her live I still feel a pinch in my chest 

She really is my kami oshi haha.

 

So since I was feeling alone in this, I thought I'd post it in the Riho thread

 

I hope we'll get some news soon.

The MM 20th Anniversary/Tsunku special on NHK's Banana Zero Music just ended and there was a surprising amount of Riho to be seen. It's all archival footage of course but I still suggest watching it when it inevitably pops up on YouTube later.

Billboard Japan EIC Hiraga Tetsuo reveals some new details regarding Riho's first ever solo interview which was published in October of 2014:

 

"This was an interview with Sayashi Riho made real through direct talks/negotiation. To this day, she remains the only H!P member I've ever directly made an offer to. ^Riho has a lot of fans (I'm one of them) but also a few detractors.   The hot topics concerning her status in the group, vocal abilities, and sudden graduation combined with her popularity generated a lot of arguments and discussion, so that's why I believe she has way more pages than anyone else in 9 or 10ki.

TBS show "THE Yakai" accompanied Matsuoka Mayu to "Hello Tribe," a Tokyo bar frequented by many H!P fans. In the show, Matsuoka screams out a "Number two!!" when she sees the popularity ranking of the Sayashi-themed cocktail.

Well, Miki already said in 2016 that Riho in fluent in english

I don't wanna rush her but I want her to make public appearances again, preferably in the U.S.! She is my favorite MM member after all (Don't be mad, other members. I love y'all too) and is the reason why I want to legally change my 1st name to SAYASHI
