Sayashi Riho, who graduated from Morning Musume on December 31, 2015 celebrated her 19th birthday on May 28. 

The members of MM '17 sent her a video message after work, wishing her happiness as a 19 year old.

On top of that, the members have written on their respective blogs about their thoughts on their sempai.

 

On her official blog, batchmate Fukumura Mizuki wished Sayashi a happy birthday while writing, "Riho-chan is 19 years old!?"

Still stuck with the image of them being 15 year olds, she remarked on their growth: "Right now, I think it's amazing how we continue to support each other even though we're going down different roads." She added, "But I do want to see her soon."

 

Iikubo Haruna wrote on her blog, "I've recently been keeping in touch with Sayashi-san. I wish I could see her soon!" For Nonaka Miki, "I contacted her as soon as the date changed." It appears that Nonaka is really treasuring a selfie she secretly took when Sayashi appeared as the special guest for her birthday event.

 

Also, Makino Maria posted an old one-shot with Sayashi with the message, "Happy birthday, Sayashi Riho-san!" She also said that she won't go to a Hiroshima Carp vs. Fighters match without Sayashi and that they are planning to go to the Disneyland in Anaheim. Ogata Haruna said, "The year or so that I spent with Sayashi-san is my life's treasure." She's usually playful and cute but on stage she's cool. This is the Sayashi Riho-san that I will eternally admire."

 

Sayashi Riho, who is still a member of Hello! Project and who is still in close association with the current MM, will probably have a collaboration with the group in some form.

The one on the selfie is definitely Riho. The model on the pictures has similar features, but she wouldn't look like that on the selfie. The dimples and the nose... thats pure Riho.
