I think these are still the worst that could happen to the girls:

I swear out everyone in H!P C-ute has the worst outfits.

 

I really hate the ones where it just covers their chest and just wear shorts. Very uncreative and plain

Worst costumes: 

One two three

Horrible. The costumes looked like something I would've worn in 8th grade. The skirt's fabric looked cheap and the pattern was ugly. It could've been okay if the skirt hadn't been so puffy and high-waisted (and with different pattern/color).

 

Seishun kozou ga naiteiru:

12th generations outfits were okay because they were black, but the rest were just ugly. They looked like someone had spent way too much time sewing the details, but the overall shape and the weird v-neck didn't work at all. The dress looked like it tried to fit but failed.

 

Best costumes:

I've always hated the 123 outfits, for everything you just said. ^ Even the updated versions with more black they used for some lives.

 

Ah I like so many outfits posted, these especially are definitely from my favourite bunch. 
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

That comes to my mind, the "updated!TokiSora" ones from the GMML concert. A lot of the outfits there are faves of mine, like the one they used for the Medley.

Anju/S/m has a looooot of them in their Budokan concerts.

C-ute the first Kanashiki Heaven pink ones.
