I hope this encourages management to include a couple of different members into senbatsu for now on.

3 AKB48 singles in the Oricon TOP 20, today. Chance no Junban at #1, Beginner at #7 and Heavy Rotation at #16.

I guess none of us needed to be worried if this single was going to sell or not...

Of course it sold well, 2nd highest 1st week of anyone in the entire year (only Beginner was higher), but I think if they would have made the Team A or Team K song the main one and hidden away Chance no Junban as a b-side it could have even topped Beginner (or at least got closer).

Didn't get to see the Team Kenkyuusei PV (if there is one) yet but so far:

Team A - Kurumi no Dialogue: seems very K-pop-ish
Team K - ALIVE: usual Team K kick-ass song. Yokoyama Yui's star is rising!
Team B - Love Jump: typical cutesy Team B song
Chance no Junban: it's okay, but most importantly, lesser known girls (excepf for Kojiharu and Acchan and maybe Akicha and Mocchi) get pushed.
Christmas song: pretty good Christmas song

Has Atsuko actually appeared when they went on a show to promote Chance no Junban? Seems Sae's always filling in for her.

I finally received my copy today (together with the no3b album). Team K version, yay!

On the backside there is a girl completely covered by the Team K Picture. You only see one hand and one leg... what the ***AkiP is going on there? Who is that and why are we not allowed to see her face and what happened to the other leg?

Oricon Daily... 4 AKB48 Singles and one SKE48 Single in the TOP10.

Well.. a slow day in regards to other releases, so AKB48 — which seems to sell constantly on a daily base (I guess international fans catching up there) — can show off that way. Amazing.
