I gotta say, my favorite VA has to be Maaya Sakamoto, she has done so many QUALITY roles and she also has an amazing singing voice. Hard to beat in my opinion.

Hm, my top two are Maaya Sakamoto and Sugita Tomokazu~ I will watch almost anything they're in
but seiyuus I've liked because of one or two anime include Chihara Minori (Nagato), Kugimiya Rie (Alphonse Elric), Romi Park (Edward Elric), Ogura Yui (Kanda Sorata's sister in Sakurasou)

My two absolute favourites are Toyosaki Aki and Mizuki Nana. Mizuki has impressed by her range in acting, ana admittedly I love her singing voice as well.
Toyosaki was the first seiyuu I noticed, and I liked her voice, but it wasn't til watching K-on that she really impressed me. Since then I tried to watch whatever she was in.

@ Dran You should watch Bururaji, the Blazblue radio show, if you haven't already . She's the host of the program next to Sugita (my favorite male seiyuu btw), and they're hilarious. A large number of episodes have also been subbed.
