Changing this introduction post~ In-case anyone looks at it.

 

Kawakami Momoko (川上桃子) started out with Stardust. She participated in 3-B Jr. activities.

 

She was in a unit known as momonaki with her on the main vocals. They released Kimi Sae Ireba, Hey Mr.DJ, and Fallin' Snow. 

 

She began a solo career as momo and released one single known as Daisuki da yo and participated in a few other things.

 

Momo then broke away from Stardust.

 

Now she's in Horipro after taking part in the 37th Horipro Talent Scout Caravan with her name changed to Yuzuki Fuuka ([color=rgb(51,51,51);font-family:Arial, 'ＭＳ Ｐゴシック', Osaka, 'ヒラギノ角ゴ Pro W3';]唯月ふうか[/color])

 

Fuuka will be playing Peter Pan in the musical Peter Pan which is set to open in July.

MAJOR UPDATE TIIIIIME~

Momonaki is now going by Momo! No idea why, but she is now Momo instead of Momonaki.

She has her own official website now, too!

Her MAJOR DEBUT single will be titled "Daisuki da yo" and there's a radio preview of it on youtube!

It sounds really good to me! I'm really excited for it. I hope she becomes successful! She really deserves it for all the hard work she's done and all the talent she has.

The fan-site I have for her is a bit out-dated, so I hope to have it updated and also have a different layout for it soon.

Because previously it was a three-person unit with Nana and Hinaki. Hinaki was absorbed into the mass of EbiChu and Nana... well, Nana writes blog entries every now and then, I guess. "Fallin' Snow" was basically the first solo song, but was still under "momonaki". The single released last month was promoted as "momonaki (momoko)" even if the official artist title for the single was "Momo (from Superduper Radio Next Generation) × yusukeP feat. Hatsune Miku".

I saw and listened to her song on Tokyohive maybe a month ago. And wow, she has quite a voice! I really like the song, too! I will keep on following her and looking for more news about her!

Thanks for the PV preview! It fits the mood of the song very well.
I just have to say that I love that her voice isn't one of those high-pitched ones as are a lot of other younger singers, even older singers.

I saw this thread around March, but I completely forgot about momo. I loved her voice before, but I had no opinion about her. After watching the momo TV videos, I have to say she might just be the most adorable girl I've ever seen in my life (in looks and personality).

I downloaded her "Daisuki da yo" single awhile back and was blown away. I thought she was in her 20's! Her voice is so mature!
