The only song I've heard by Vocaloid is The World is Mine... the video is super cute .

Vocaloid is a great software and I admire people that create cool songs with it, because I like create and record music on my own, so listening to the works of other people is everytime a source of inspiration.

I tried time ago the software version with Hatsune Miku, but I don't remember how much it costs sorry.

I prefer songs made with Hatsune Miku and Megurine Luka voices. Gakupo is interesting, but it sounds too unnatural. If you listen to some notes it really sounds like Gackt, but overall it sounds too fake.

My favourite vocaloid album/compilation is EXIT TUNES PRESENTS THE VERY BEST OF デッドボールP loves 初音ミク.

My current favourite characters are Len and Luka. I also currently like Meltdown - rins version and Butterfly on the right shoulder by len and rin plus more besides.

About compilations, yes they exist. There are A LOT of cds and I think it's impossible to know/find out every album! Vocaloid is such a great (and smart) marketing creation eh eh.

ya thats the good and bad thing about vocaloid music. As its all fan driven there is always new music being made but thats also the bad thing...its hard to keep up. For example, on one site a firend of mine downloaded 30 Gb worth of songs from Miku, and thats just from 1 character and sourced from just 1 site.

You can search on yahoo auctions, there is something on Amazon or eBay too (be careful, on eBay there are also a lot of poor quality albums by Miya Records, Alion and so on, usually they are the cheapest ).

not do they only have cute/awesome songs many of those songs also have dances which are superfun to learn :3

I didn't known that two songs, I listened them now. The first one is nice, the second sounds a little too boring to me ahah. I prefer faster songs from Vocaloid, like:
