The auto-tune here is the choice of the people producing the anime, not H!P itself. The song sounds very electronic so it makes sense from an arrangement standpoint (Lilpri is based on a video game after all).

Heres a Fun Fact ^ w ^

While DAWA had been promoting the single on OHA. She was not following her characters cosplay. She put her fringe to the wrong side. Which is why looks more normal than the cover.

The anime is about Kid turned idols (they get older and bigger when they transform). In the anime the girls randomly appear in places as they transform and end up dancing to their single every episode. Here I dont know why but they say that they dont have enough power and leave the stage early, its not until their final preformance do they preform the chorus.

I'm pretty sure the lack of PV/promotion for this one can be blamed on the people producing the anime. But really the release is meant for the kids who watch the anime and not the general music crowd. I'm pretty sure that not even the K-ON VAs perform their singles on the traditional music shows (and those singles charted -forever!-). The promo spots they did on Oha and the pretty posters were probably the best thing they could have done for their audience.

Hoping to see them on the charts I believe Mecha Mote airs on Sunday mornings on TV Tokyo as well and they started off at #14 today.
