I?Lm at the lovely island of Bornholm right now, and we have 31?C in the shadow. ^_^ In the sun, like 200?C... The sun hit like hell when your inland, and if you even get close to the beachline, you're toast. Literally... My company just sits in the shadow of the trees here complaining she doesn't want too much tan. Me on the other hand, chilled for "awhile" in the sun at beach yesterday, and now I look like a lobster. A cooked one... And all I hear is: See? See?

Greetings from cooked-lobster Santa. Posted Image

Easy on the sun, you may already know but it may cause skin cancer.

That's why sunscreen is of the utmost importance. The very minimum you should use is SPF 15. Personally, I always use SPF 45.
Fun fact: A higher SPF doesn't give you better protection, it gives you longer protection from the effects of the sun.

Speaking of sunscreen and protection... I have two younger brothers... My younger brother Alex doesn't like to put on sunscreen. One of his biggest reasons is if he's going swimming he has to wait. If he puts it on it's when he's about to jump in. So he doesn't do it before hand so he doesn't have to wait.

Anyways, that's just one of his idiotic reasons. He has gotten my baby brother Sean thinking that way, and neither are using sunscreen properly and also rarely use it. Well, both of them often get burned. My baby brother has gotten burned at least four times so far. This most recent time was the worst. He got second degree burns on his shoulders. So gross and nasty..... XD
Sean's now very mad at Alex and is rethinking his ideas on using sunscreen.

My brothers aren't dumb, but they certainly act like it often enough. "-_-

You forgot to mention the pain. I've had second and third degree burns (not because of sun exposure). Third degree burns don't hurt because the nerves are burned but on second degree burns the nerves still send information to the brain, including pain...

Oh yea, he's been having a terrible time because of the pain, and he's normally a very grouchy and impolite person. So he's even worse than usual.

The blisters are just disgusting. XD
