I think it's their last event, but they have a game on the 15th so it won't be their last appearance.

But FYI, like Berryz, they won't be disbanding, but rather going on hiatus.

Everyone from 2012 is still active but their matches are probably circulated within the futsal league or via Yoshi's blog thats why we don't hear from them that much. Unless you follow the futsal league or Yoshi's social media.

I saw a few posts with Shibata and GATAS implying that she was back with GATAS semi-active.

I'm didn't know GATAS is still active. haven't heard anything from them lately.
Last I heard was from Ayanon from a year ago, if I recall correctly. Ayanon was complaining about the running she had to do early in the morning
From UUG, only Sekki and Maana are not GATAS members.

It's the end of an era. 

I discovered Ongaku Gatas after they went on hiatus.  I loved their spirit.  I never could understand why it didn't have big sales with the H!P fans.
 

Now Gatas Brilhantes H.P. is going the same way.  Sad.  So very sad.

Coming out of lurking to say that I'll land in Tokyo on the morning on the 15th, and to ask if anyone knows if there's anyway of getting tickets to Gatas' last event? Is it just a fanclub thing or am I in with a shot at seeing them once before they disband?

On the 15th is a futsal charity event that GATAS is participating. I'm not sure how the ticketing works or if you actually need one. I can't find the event's website. I'm sorry I can't get you more info on the event.

I traced back the twitter tag #orangebondsgb.
I think they are restarting Gatas as a new team called Orange Bonds G.B and the G.B stands for Gatas Brilhantes

According to this Gatas Supporter on twitter ( https://twitter.com/gatas_taikotai), Orange Bonds G.B. is the successor of G.B. H!P.
My guess is that they are not getting Up-Front backing anymore.
No idea who their main sponsor is now.
