It's not only Acchan fans. Actually, she's the least affected by Jurina being there.

I'm with Blu-Cherri on the Jurina-bashing (though not refering to Acchan fans as such, mainly anyone who still gets their knickers in a twist over it). The omission of Sayaka is indeed criminal though, especially as Team K captain. But anyway...

Without trying to be too negative, I never understand why people get so excited over Greatest Hits albums. They're a great starting point for people looking to get into get into AKB48. But for the rest of us, new tracks aside, I don't understand the mentality of "y'know, what I really want to do is buy tracks I've already listened to a million times - again!". I'd rather spend my money on a stage CD.

But each to their own, I should stop being so negative.

I'm not really excited about this CD due to the same reasons as you; it's a best of album with a couple new tracks, and (as with all releases) some bonus material, which may be far more of an incentive for me to buy than the CD itself (save for the new tracks, which may be excellent).

For new fans - which there are many of - this is an excellent release, and if store rankings across Japan is any indication, people are indeed wanting of AKB48 material - considering that plenty of old singles and albums have soared up the sales ranking list recently.

I missed iiwake and and 10nen zakura(and when i finally get sakura no shiori i won't get enkyori) so for me it's a good purchase.

I know it's not only acchan fans that dislike jurina I just noticed the comment was said by an acchan fan, thinking they'd be over it by now(acchan fans specifically since she still gets loads of screentime). Other fans aren't so over it, Jurina deserves to be there just as much as any other person there, they're all there because they were chosen to be pushed and have proved they can hold their own. Just look at mixi rankings.
Akicha isn't as high as some girls that aren't here but she will be soon I'm sure, she will be up there soon enough.

Erena, tomo~mi and Sayaka are all girls that should be there but aren't. Looks like with the new teams, Yuko, Tomomi and Sae will represent Team K in releases, Mayuyu, Yukirin and Rie for B and Acchan, Shinoda, Akicha, Takamina and Haruna for A and Jurina for SKE48.
Team A are still over represented as they used to be before the reshuffle so nothing much has changed.

There is a new version of the album coming out. 2CD Edition include an extra CD with audio comentaries AT LEAST we're getting another cover, that's exciting!!

I think this is the edition that comes with the handshake ticket (please correct me if i'm wrong)

How does it work? Are they different CDs for each member? Or you buy a CD an the other cover pictures come inside?

I'd imagine it's random for each CD, things sold in the theatre are very often random.
Otherwise it'll be an order in advanced thing....but the random is much more likely as it will increase sales as people try to increase chances of getting the one they want.

I was thinking to buy a few copies of this album, do you think this cd will be a good gift to some people who like jmusic and they can get into akb after listening to this album? or will be better old songs?

I just got the album with both the external bonus and the picture inside. I am just wondering if the picture you guys got inside has a autograph on the bottom left corner on it too? It looks printed though.
