I'm going to stick with a smaller 5 girl group. And I know it isn't in Morning Musume tradition, but I wouldn't do graduations and such since my "ultimate group" would be kept at 5 members.

I would take a song like Morning Coffee or Manatsu No Kousen that utilizes a lot of harmonizing.
- Nacci and Ai-chan would take lead
- Minor vocals would consist of Maki, Reina, and Eri
- Mari and Miki would harmonize with Nacci and Ai-chan (respectively)

This group would be able to mesh vocally with their different pitches and tones. In addition, each member offers a different, unique personality (i.e. reserved, comedic, delinquent, airhead, etc.). This would be my vocal group.

Now, if I had to choose favorites then I would probably have a 3 member group consisting of Nacci, Mari, and Reina. Each girl would get equal line distribution singing a song like Shall We Love or something R&B related.

Wow i did not expect ours to be so alike.

Mine would be the same except that i would swap Ai Kago and Nozomi Tsuji for Asami Konno and Makoto Ogawa.

Thats going on the principle of a leader, sub leader and 10 other members. Even the Asuka from 1st gen being ommited we agree on.

I did contemplate Konno and Ogawa too actually, and believe it or not if I had to pick two girls from 5th gen to add, it wouldn't be Takahashi or Niigaki. It'd have to be Konno and Ogawa, for personality and entertainment value alone.

But i want Yaguchi to be the leader/sub-leader (if yuuko's there), so maybe minus Kaorin
