Suuchan was a finalist in the Morning Musume Happy 8 Ki audition a few years ago. Some of you might recognise her from there, even if she looks a bit more mature than she was back then. After that, she worked on musicals and stage plays with these guys for a few years. She joined AKB48 on the 20th of December 2008 as a kenkyuusei and recently moved to Team B. She joined the talent agency Horipro on December 7th 2009 and I'm fairly confident that she's going to be huge because of this.

Also, I'm pretty happy she joined Horipro. If there's an agency that's damn good at pushing their talents and idols, it's that agency. Looking forward to more Suuchan stuff

i know I've seen/listened to her doing Meetan's dou kashira? before I just don't know where, but yeah this was a nice treat.

and just for fun, (like they suggested) I really did close my eyes when I listened to her impersonation of Meetan, and i LOL"ed so hard!

I've been a fan of her ever since she was taken in as an RS! (she was even my bet when she auditioned for MM) But yeah, now she's really on her way since she's in Horipro now. GO SUU-CHAN!

^She was my favourite girl in that audition too. I seriously expected her to win and the fact that she didn't was one of the things that finally turned me off H!P altogether. I never expected to see her again after that, so all the stuff that's happened lately has been awesome.

It was nice seeing her again as kenkyuusei but I'm terrified of getting attached to them because they can lose their place at any time, so when the announcements that she was joining Team B and later Horipro happened, those were probably some of the best days of my idol-following life so far. AKB48 is amazing and I wish I could thank Aki-P and Horipro for having such good taste.
