Could it be more of a medical surgery as opposed to cosmetic? I mean, I hope nothing is wrong with her health, but it's a possibility. 'Cause, what kind of cosmetic surgery could she possibly need? She's got a beautiful face and a gorgeous body, and she's known for thinking of herself as very cute, anyways.
Maybe it's that double eyelid thing?

I went to the doctors profile in the link I posted and it says that he specializes in cosmetic surgery, anti-aging medicine and brain surgery. If it isn't something cosmetic, then it would imply there was something in Kasai's brain that must have needed intervention.
Of course, given that this is true and that the people there at 2ch did their job properly and this is the guy that did the surgery on her.
But then, we could have a situation like that of Iwata Karen in which she had a cosmetic surgery to her nose but at the same time was done for health purposes as she experienced headaches and such after the accident she suffered to that part of the body.
But I don't know about you guys, if it comes down to those two things, I rather think of Kasai as a picky girl with complexes than to think she really had to get her skull open and brain meddled with.
Yes, obviously, it's far better for it to have been cosmetic surgery.
