OK then that makes it much more clear. I was uncertain as to her involvement and it seems it is not similar to Nozofisu, where Nozofisu was the one who created her stores and brand from scratch.

Per her own tweet, she said that she was surprised that ricori was filing for bankruptcy and that she was an producer/advising up until last year.

So it seems she has no connection to the brand anymore, probably why it is closing.

Ah, so Mariko was basically just a recognizable face to associate with the company for the story and isn't directly affected.

Long story short, it's about the assumption that the failure of Mariko's Ricori may be linked to the sudden retirement of Kubota Yasushi, AKS' president, who had apparently devolved a huge amount of money to the Ricori project (which made some think there might've been some romantic involvement between him and Shinoda). It looks like Kubota's sloppy way of managing made AKS' partner company - Kyouraku (NMB's agency) lose it, leading it to buy Kubota's share of AKS, with him having to resign.

If you read more closely the links given on that page, you'll see it says "The file(150714kon.part1.rar) you have requested require a premium account for download.". In other words, the uploader used a service that requires people to pay to download. Don't pay for that. It's not worth it. These download links don't last for very long, and people often switch to other competing file hosts, meaning you as a regular user will have to pay a lot of money to different services just to download regular TV files.
