I am sad and relieved, it's strange. I am sad that I might not see her perform as an idol again, but I am happy she gets out of the group. It was devastating to watch how she was treated.

Exactly my feelings after hearing about her announcement. ;_;

But I'm more on the sad side 'cause she's one of my most favorite members. :'(

I find it interesting that some consider Sae a victim of some kind of foul play. The girl has been able to enjoy a ton of exposure and aside from her self decided transfer to SNH48 everything more or less worked out well for her. I will certainly miss her but for a member like her graduation right now is a perfect idea. The next generation will never get to take over and make their own era if more top girls who've pretty much done everything they can hope to achieve and girls who never took off and have hung in there for over five years hesitate to graduate and move on. I'm more concerned about when her graduation will happen than about her finally leaving. She's probably not even retiring from entertaining so don't panic, you will likely have plenty of post idol life stuff to enjoy that features her.

I don't follow SNH48, so please forgive the question, but has she done anything with the group? I don't remember seeing anything on the tracker or any news anywhere of Sae actually doing work as a member of SNH48. I do remember a few members visiting her at a SSK though.

China pretty much like a black hole in term of news, nothing coming out. We don't know how much Sae-chan and Mariya did for the group. They were there for quite sometimes. I think they (SNH) appreciate what they have done for the group.

All I know that she did was do pep talks pretty much. I think she did perform on stage a few times. I am not that much informed either. I do remember though that she was talking strictly to the members early after their formation though.

As for Mariya, I have no clue. Lol since this is Sae's thread, I'm not going to talk much about Mariya

 

But it's nice that she is getting recognition with SNH.

Considering how much I love Sae, how have I never posted in this thread before!? Anyway the setlist for Sae's grad concert is too good I just want to watch the whole thing right now ><

From that Jijipress footage of the concert I loose it everytime I see her hugging Jurina D: It's like I'm getting war flashbacks to AiGaki hugging at Aichan's grad ;A;

 

On the topic of what she (and Mariyanuu) have done for SNH, aside from the whole teaching them dances and stage etiquette early on when they couldn't perform, they have performed Saishuu Bell ga Naru 3 times I think with SII, performed at one of their first big concerts and performed/participated in SNH's first election. They haven't been on any singles that I know of and haven't been to China in like a year or longer. Oh they also hosted a few episodes of Shang High School 48~

Edit: A chinese friend of mine told me its about which AKB member is most likely to become an AV actress. They state Sae is not doing well in the ent industry right now.

I don't read Japanese. I did check stage48 Saechan thread and Saechan oshi tumbler and nothing going on.

I would say it is nothing just a prediction about it, just like who will graduate next.
