Team PB's sounds like a follow-up to Kimi no Koto ga Suki Dakara to me, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, as I like that song and its sound.

Team YJ's song is the winner to me I think though. It really has this "old-school" feeling to it. Can't wait for PV's (and hopefully performances) of this

In terms of teams, I was leaning towards Team PB, but Team YJ's PV really stands out a lot more, I really like its melancholy theme. Looks like Kitahara Rie's prime time is fast approaching! She looks amazing.

OMG the new single is an utter disaster, this is the worst nightmare coming true!

I see it as a strategical move, in which the season (January/February) is a rather non-eventful one, and where pushing out single after single in the same vein will - or rather may - tire people out.

So, you do something completely unexpected and you release a single which main track is a choral - which one should not forget - also does contain the much hyped Team YJ and Team PB songs on as well, and they are rather upbeat (A/B versions of the single).

Then, with single after that, something more upbeat as main track will be released. Near guaranteed.

I find it hard to get too critical, it's very 'nice'. Certainly not the kind of thing I tend to enjoy listening to though. A strange follow-up to River, for sure.

I'm with Nizmo on the overall feeling of disappointment, though 'disaster' is a bit extreme.

Sakura no Shiori is A M A Z I N G Its pure and beautiful. I can't wait to see the PV hopefully its something that captures the songs essence. Usually it takes me a while to warm up to any song but I instantly feel in love with this song.

I like the new song too, not what I was expecting though. Im already satisfied enough with this single because team PB and YJ already have awesome songs!

I'm out of the loop, I assume the PB/YJ songs are the B-sides, so no chance of a PV for those? (I guess three PVs is asking a bit much!).

New single will be in Version A and Version B, with Team YJ on one and Team PB on another. And yes, there will be PV's for those.
