And you really should have had a bigger list. You're missing many popular Japanese and Korean foods! Like pulgogi and yakisoba ^^

And okonomiyaki, I just love those cabbage pancakes :)

Tofu is one of those versatile ingredients which can be used in anything because it does not have any flavor of it's own and can be made into various forms and textures. I'm personally more partial to various forms of dried tofu. Dried tofu is often used for vegetarian steak and veggie burgers

Yeah, that's why I don't like tofu, I always feel like I'm eating nothing or hot air.
That blank taste always gets me. They float nicely in a soup though.
If it ain't Musume, I don't want it.

Then you should try some flavored tofu because tofu absorbs flavors quite readily. For example, the 5 spice dried tofu is an excellent snack because it is cooked with spices, then dried, getting all the flavor but not so oily

Somebody already mentioned Tofu Steak. Actually I am not a fan of tofu, but I LOVE Tofu Steak!!!! It is because of the sauce. When it is nice and hot, I really like the combination of the flavor and the texture.

Also I like the taste of tofu inside miso soup. Oh boy, now I'm getting so hungry!!!

Finally I am a BIG fan of gyoza and shumai ... yummmmm :GGRR: .

Anything spicy. Enjoy such Malaysian foods like Laksa for instance.

I'm also a pretty big fan of beef or chicken teriyaki. Not to mention that I love Gyoza and Ramen noodles. Tofu is okay though.

Yakisoba is another fave of mine. Same as curry in general.

I'm fond of asian dishes with some spice to it. Thai, Japanese, Indonesian, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese food are all good with me. I really like Pho, Korean BBQ, sushi, and that one Thai soup, Tam Yum or Tam Ka Khai or something like that.
