My favourite is probably tempura though
I want to go to japan and have some real japanese food some day. I hear the miso there is much better than it is here in sweden.

if they teach you about Japanese foods, then ask them to make monja-yaki (a kind of Okonomiyaki)
I miss the Yoshinoya's gyudon (beef bowl)...
also miss the tonkatsu they had from the chain store known as saboten...
Japan is the only place I know where KFC is considered gourmet cuisine
ok.....back to work....

I has some when I was in Hiroshima 4 and a half years ago. It's almost the same as the Oosaka okonomiyaki, but in Hiroshima they add yakisoba in the "ingredients", not as a side dish.one of my favorite is okonomiyaki

YeaThat's crazy!Japan is the only place I know where KFC is considered gourmet cuisine
just look at the KFC CMs they have there, its enough to make your mouth salivate, unlike the KFC CMs we have here in the states...

Hmm, ow well........, never mind . Even though, if you buy it in cans, you still can eat it, I always do......... . What kind of question is this ? You just eat it , like how you eat other things .This is what I do: before opening the can I cook water, till it's boiling, then I put sugar in the hot water, wait till the sugar is "gone" , let the water cool down, put it in the fridge. Open the can, get the grass jelly out of the can, cut the whole thing in slices (normal, not too big, not too small), put the slices in water (not the one you made and this one should be cold), when you want to eat it you get a slice of grass jelly, cut it in small pieces, get a bit of the water with sugar and put the pieces in it. This is what I do, don't mix all the water with sugar and the grass jelly at once, because when you can't finish a can yourself, your water with sugar is going to be black after a while.Sorry for my bad english. I meant can then... -_-
*I guess it goes this way, usually my mom makes grass jelly .
