The member of Hokuriku Idol Club at 0:43 and 1:01 in this MV reminds me of Ishida (like if I didn't know better and someone told me it was her younger cousin or something, I'd probably believe them.)

It's probably just my eyes being crazy, but I sometimes see Takeuchi Akari in Oota Haruka. It's probably less actual face features but more their somewhat inbetween smile where they show part of their teeth.

Their eyes are completely different, though.

^^^^^ Not only does Kitagawa Rio and Ogata Risa look alike, if you combine them with Ogata Haruna, they all are similar in one way or another!

 

Ogata Risa + Ogata Haruna, both Ogatas

 

Ogata RI-sa + Kitagawa RI-o, both given names start with "ri"

 

Ogata Haruna + Kitagawa Rio, both Morning Musume members with the color "sea blue"

 

And they all look a bit alike.
