Tsunku probably meant USA when he mentioned world. If there will be another western H!P concert, it will be probably in east of USA e.g. New York.
I think concerts in western countries, which are less populated than USA, are unlikely for economical reasons.

More models are used for continents. Oceania isn't real continent but everybody should be able to vote.
Wikipedia considers Australia as part of Oceania. Oceania is mass collection of islands only if you consider Australia is island.
