the circus dude Kato Koji is known for his bad temper... he flared up at his own mechaike members too (the valentine's day bath thing etc...) .. but i guess its also sort of pre-arranged... u cant believe everything u see on TV

That is true, these shows tend to be much more rehearsed than they appear "please try to cry a little when he scares you" etc.

But it was great fun, really loved it! Too bad they ruined Makoto's "poor family" thing. They should've dressed her parents as home less or something. Not her lame borthers scratching their balls:)

That's the field trip special, which took place around the time of "The Peace".  Last summer there was another idiot test which included W and two members of Mechaike.

there was one more special.  It was shown before the field trip special and contained clips of the MM appearances up to that point.

Right, I think the first one was a field trip. I didn't know they did a second idiot test though. Like CommandeR, I'd certainly like to see these other ones, preferably subbed since I don't know Japanese. Does anyone know if they are available subbed or if there are any plans to sub them? I'm not pushing or anything, I know it has to be a lot of work to subtitle shows this long. I'm just curious because these shows are so good.

Yeah, I'm sure they do set up a lot of these things. Tsuji's crying could have been one of them. But like DrWorm said, somtimes it still doesn't seem that funny to you even when you know it's set up. The girls never seem traumatized or anything by stuff like this, so I don't worry much about it, but I still think some of it may be a bit too much, pushing further than they needed to. *shrug* Maybe it is just cultural differences.

the "incident" is bored and repetitive. bcoz it's the same as Momusu 1st school trip, and 13nin Christmas special.....

as soon as the camera focus on next member's "family" Yossui go to Miki's place and eat sushi. she abandoned her "family" LOL of coz bcoz there is just some packed lunch from convenient store......

it's weird Risa looks not happy even they threat her with "rich family". which is not a bad thing.

the reason Kaori's parents are foreigners bcoz ...... something to do with Utaban? (Kaori = Debb Johnson)

Yeah it really is funny..I keep laughin even when i watched it for the fourth time..
The funniest point according to me is
-Absolutely the lunch time, especially Fujimoto's family (ARIGATOU!!), Takahashi family, IIda's family (AKI DA NE!!), and Abe's family (Shibanderu yo...)

-Gaki-san part (she's so funny saying that N? HA? Aa? HuH? overtimes)
-Kamei's part (After wasuremashita! it became Daves Cal)

And Yabe-san face is so funny in my opinion..especially when he's laughin..

But the Gokuraku Tombo (Kato-san) part is quite boring for its repetitive acts

By the way, I couldnt compare it to the Bakajo test since I havent watched it, I tried to download it but theres no seeder up til this time, if anybody doesnt mind helpin me, please seed for a little bit longer

Watching the Okajo Taiikusai made me want to watch the Bakajo too so bad...even worse!

Nah, I believe they just haven't got the chance to do it again

Don't forget, in 2004 they also did the national employee test on NFS 27 Jikan TV with the 4 Jumbo Baka participating (Mechaike's two top and MM's two top).
I think it's Mechaike's gift for Tsuji and Kago becoming W, cmiiw.

Also, the other time MM meets Gokuraku Tonbo aside from the Field Trip and this Sports Festival is at the 13-nin Gakkari X'mas, it's subbed.

!(hps bot trigger) :initiates a PM with the hps bot; i forget its actual name but youll see it. "HPS 'ser" or something


in the PM window,
-------------------------------------------
ls :lists files in the current directory (do this, first)
cd (directory) :moves you into the directory you specify (dirs are in all caps)
cd.. :moves you out of the current directory by one level
get (filename) :gets the specified file, but you may be queued if all slots are full

That guy's Japanese is /perfect/. He speaks with the same general accent (and emphasis) that Kaorin tends to; like he's mimicking her, from what I can gather. The same somewhat annoyed-bad-a$$ that she tends to act like in interviews.
