애프터스쿨 are a South Korean female group made of the 8 members above.
The girls are managed by Pledis Entertainment.

Park 'Gahee' Ji-young: December 25th, 1980 (aged 29) (leader).
She is a 1st Generation member of the group.
She is a former member of Korean-American girl group "S.Blush".
She is a former back-up dancer for many artists under other Entertainment agencies.

Kim Jung-ah: August 2nd, 1983 (aged 26).
She is a 1st Generation member of the group.
She is a former member of Korean girl group ""Kiss-Five".

Lee Jooyeon: March 19th, 1987 (aged 23).
She is a 1st Generation member of the group.
She is currently starring in the Variety Show "Invincible Youth".

Kim 'Bekah' Rebecca: August 11th, 1989 (aged 21).
She is a 1st Generation member of the group.

Kim 'Uee' Yoo-jin: April 9th, 1988 (aged 22).
She is a 2nd Generation member of the group.
She is a former Good Entertainment trainee before transferring to Pledis Entertainment.
She has starred in many Variety Shows / TV Dramas, including "We Got Married" and "You're Beautiful".
She took part in the project group 4Tomorrow.

Oh 'Raina' Hye-rin: May 7th, 1989 (aged 21).
She is a 3rd Generation member of the group.

Im 'Nana' Jin-ah: September 14th, 1991 (aged 19).
She is a 3rd Generation member of the group.
She participated in the "2009 Asia Pacific Super Model" Contest.

Park 'Lizzy' Sooyoung: July 31st, 1992 (aged 17).
She is a 4th Generation member of the group.

Former Members:
Yoo Soyoung: March 29th, 1986 (aged 24).
She was a 1st Generation member of the group.
She left the group due to health problems and to continue with her education.

I heard about them but, I didn't bother to listen to their music up till now. Hmm...I must say they do seem very interesting. Their debut single is a really catchy song but, something seems to be missing from it. I still love it though. Btw, one of the girls in the mv reminds me of a girl from PCD lol.

^I think it's Kim Jung-ah that resembles Nicole from the Pussycat Dolls, well she does to me anyway.

^I'm not particularly fond of the overly sexy image as well. I'm hoping to see more of their abilities as a group and I hope that they don't get "pussycat dolled" like only one person would recieve all the lines. It makes the rest of the girls look like accesories of some sort.

After just hearing the one song I'm totally stoked on this group. Little known fact is that I love the Pussycat Dolls, and find nothing wrong with a group similar too them. This After School group seems faaar better than Girlicious, who were supposed to be PCD-ish, but they totally missed the mark. Dang, I think I'll wear my PCD shirt tomorrow.

Also, at the beginning of the song of the Ahh MV they had that "raven sound" sound clip that's at the beginning of Brown Eyed Girls' "How." I don't know the meaning of this.

Actually... it totally reminds me of Brown Eyed Girls with only a slight PCD influence. I'm digging it a bit more than BEG, though.

[Damaged]

Love 'em. Far more natural charisma than SNSD or Kara, great stage presence, they hold their vocals quite well live. They're like Wonder Girls big sister Ah is damn catchy.

If they copy PCD in that respect, I'll be dissapointed b/c imo all the girls have great voices minus Bekha so shouldn't be a 1-girl-singing group

Ah! (no pun intended), I've been straying from K-pop for two years, but then the newer music it's been spouting out has been going for the whole craze again! Their songs are awesome, and they put stuff like BabyVOX and SES to shame. LOL.

Holy f**k, dude!! Wow... on the door @:13 in the Ah MV there is a From Ashes Rise decal!!! What the hell!? That band is one of my favorite d-beat bands!! Totally random awesomeness.

I'm going to give this group a listen. And laugh at the YouTube comments along the way. Seriously, it's hilarious seeing comments calling them "old" (Yes, because 25 is ANCIENT), and "MILFs", because apparently they're all mothers now.

Edit: Well, only 1:38 in and I already really like the song, and I think I picked favorites. But I'm not sure yet. Could someone tell me who the girl in the pink glasses is? And the one with the braided pigtails?
