Its awesome how you can give each other items. The bosses are scary too, I got my head sawed off when reloading a rifle

^well I heard from my friend dat its a little bit harder since the items are kinda limited and since the enemies are faster itll give u a hard time to find a resting spot to catch ur breath.....

also if ur partner is dead ur basically screwed

@hollowkevin: Yeah, the items are more limited, so it has a bit more of the 'survival' feel of the earlier games.
I'm really liking this game so far, and I think the demo has me sold

I haven't played the 5th yet, but I'm a great fan of the 4th one, in my opinion Leon is one of the best characters of all the games I've already played

resident evil 2 was the first resident evil game I played.

Well I just played the demo for 5 yesterday and was very impressed. Wasn't much about it I didn't like, aside from the normal lack of camera control, and I really like the online co-op portion. Worst part is now I have to play the waiting game when I want to play it now!

Jill is probably my favourite character, but I like Rebecca in Resi 0 too. Jill's voice cannot be beaten. Terrible voice acting

Horror movies and scary games at a young age didn't negatively affect me. On the contrary, it meant that at a young age, I gained greater understanding an appreciation for such things, and they were never seen as a big deal in my teenage years like they seemed to be to my peers at that age, and I just basically learned common sense through experience!

Resi 5 is annoying me. It's hard It doesn't help my brother put me on the hardest difficulty (not the one where your pretty much dead after one hit, but still hard). I can't beat that big black tenticle thing (the second one where you have a flamethrower, not the first one where you trap it).

I started the series backwards. My first RE was 5, which I thought was awesome. I loved being able to play co-op through the entire thing, which I did with my friend. I also really enjoyed mercenaries, and versus mode, which I know a lot of people didn't, and disliked that you had to pay for basically a feature that was already there. From there though I went and purchased all the other games in the series, but so far I've only played RE0, and the remake of the original RE. The original RE scared the crap out of me lol. RE0 was creepy too, but oi, the remake with those darn creepy rooms and halls and camera angles that leave you open to zombie face eating ownage... I loved it though. I've only been through Jill's path so far. Jill sandwich, anyone?

^ I never completed the RE remake, I end up selling a lot of stuff as I never have money. Might need to sell RE 4 soon for Wii But how could you not mention the crimson heads?! I'd played the first one before I think, and they aren't on the original, so when they came charging at me, I got a bit of a fright

Right now I'm working on a "real survival mode" run in RE4, so pro-mode with no merchant, no yellow herbs and no picking up items that are dropped by enemies. The small inventory may be a problem, LOL.

Resident Evil 5 is awesome. In fact, it's the only game in the Resident Evil series I've actually bothered to finish. I never did get through Resident Evil 4 since having to look out and protect Ashley became such a pain in the ass for me, and I wasn't really keen on the fact that I was the only person with the gun and that I had to do 99.99% of the work; which meant that I was the one who had to professionally deal with the zombies most of the time. Blergh. Speaking of zombies, I actually found the ones in the 4th installment scarier than in the 5th game. It must be because the zombies in Resident Evil 5 are a lot more human compared to its previous predecessors. I mean, motorcycles? Come on. Aside from the fact that I had Sheva with me kicking major asses, seeing zombies on motorcycles was definitely an ego-boost for me.

I thought Resident Evil 5 was pretty easy, but I absolutely HATED the first encounter with Wesker. Ugh. I kept killing Jill, and it took me a while to realized that she isn't supposed to be killed.

I did not like Resident evil when I was little because it gave me nightmares. ><

I'm hoping for additional DLC for RE5. The developers did mention about considering adding additional DLC but i wonder will it ever happen? If the next RE game for PS3 is going to come out in 6 or 8 years time, why not give us extra DLC to keep us busy till then?

I own em all. I've beaten them all and they're all awesome. The series just keeps getting better and better. I can't wait for the Darkside Chronicles to come out this month. Hopefully if they make a 6th game they can revert back to the backtracking that made #4 awesome and remove the chapters gameplay that #5 had.

I love Resident Evil 3 nemesis, but afraid if the amount of times defeating it goes any higher (at 43 times)

Could someone help me beat wesker on RE5? Sheva keeps being stupid..... getting herself killed way tooo much.
(this is on the last fight, very very last)
