I'm not sure I like her much yet, but I do like her choices in entertainment! Specifically: Surfing the internet, reading, watching anime, Lilo and Stitch, Takahashi Ai, S.H.E, Crayon Shin-chan, and Detective Conan. I never expected to have that many things in common with her.

Here is PeiPei's final performance during the NEW STAR auditions. The only one found in single-video format, from the main Ice CreaMusume thread.

sougisou posted a few reactions from Tsunku during the final performances in the old Audition thread. Here is the one about PeiPei:

About the girl who got 2nd, I think Tsunku said something like this, "Within Morning Musume there are some members whose dancing is their strong point and some whose dancing is their weak point, and it is because dancing is their weak point that their characters are built. Her face (expression?) is gaudy but her dance and performance gives off a childish feeling, and unexpectedly this unbalance is liked by the audience."

第一次拿到護照。

這次我們前往日本工作，既興奮又期待。
We were nervous and excited about this work trip to Japan.
很開心這趟工作很順利。

錄音室很大間，設備很棒 (!)
The studio was huge, and the equipmen was awesome(!)

日本工作人員的狗好可愛，叫Apple ♥
The Japanese staff member's dog was so cute, it's name was apple

我和燈泡認真的在看錄音狀況 (!)

等很久這樣，倒數第二個錄音。
We waited a long time, I was 2nd to last to record

NEW STAR hunt. o3o I got bored.

I definately see ShenShen (Right behind the middle woman, you can only see part of her head. It looks like she's making a little kissy/choo face or something.), Guu-chan (Over on the right. You've got random-middle-woman, then Risa-Fan beside her, the girl bent down, and then Guu-chan popping her head out right beside her.), PeiPei (Over on the left, she should be easy to spot. Random-middle-woman, random contestant to the left, and then PeiPei.) - I think Lightbulb is the girl in the back row, all the way to the right, the last one.


Did ShenShen perform with PeiPei during the auditions? I don't remember, but this definately looks like the two of them together:

很多人都會問我，會不會後悔剪短髮 (?) 哈哈 (!) 說實在的，當自己要被剪短髮到現在 我一直都沒後悔過，因為我只相信日本設計師是專業的♥
Many have asked me, Do I regret cutting my hair so short (?) haha (!) Honestly, from when my hair was cut to now, I never regretted it. Because I trust the professionalism of the Japanese stylists.
當會長看過我們的髮型時 輪到我時，會長就覺得我要剪短髮 當下我心裡超緊張又興奮的
As the stylist was going over our hair, when it came my turn, the stylist felt that I should cut it short. It made me nervous and excited.
會長說要把我的髮型剪的可愛中帶點一些些小性感 當然不失一點酷酷的感覺囉 (!)
The stylist said he wants to make my hair cute and a little sexy, of course without losing the cool aspect (!)
所以就這樣決定了我的髮型 ♥
So, my hairstyle was decided ♥

Yes(!) Only Shenshen and I sacrificed our long hair. The cut off hair was thrown away. it's still in Japan ♥




本來我還在想把我的頭髮拿去做髮片的 但實在無法的還是把它給丟了
I had originally wanted to use the hair to make extensions. But it couldn't be done, so I decided to throw it away.
因為我的頭髮尾部整個就是分岔到可以的 看照片也知道稀疏不少 ♥
Because my hair was full of split ends, you can tell that it has thinned lots from the picture ♥


幫我剪頭髮的就是女生的設計師 剪頭髮過程中她一直對著鏡子和我微笑
The stylist that cut my hair was a girl. She gave a smile through the mirror as she cut my hair.
雖然我們溝通有點障礙 好在有H店長幫我們翻譯…呵呵 (!)
Though we had a language barrier, fortunately, manager H was there to translate... hehe (!)

幫我洗頭的就是一個男生啦 (!)給他洗頭真的很舒服，我都快睡著了 (!) 因為他會很溫柔的幫你按摩
A guy washed my hair (!) It was so comfortable having him wash my hair that I almost fell asleep (!) Because he would massage you so gently
雖然他一直試圖想跟我說話 但是他發現語言不通，所以就放棄了…呵呵 (!)
Though he kept trying to talk to me, but he found that I couldn't understand, so he gave up ... hehe(!)

我的造型很成功 謝謝日本的所有人囉 (!) ♥

I see many people on the net wondering
Why we were given this strange group name(!)
Why "Ice CreaMusume."(?)

So, let me explain why ♥

Tsunku sensei, father of H!P
said he felt Taiwanese felt a little cold when he met them
But also cute and sweet.
So, of course it made him think of "ice cream"(!)
So he gave us the name "Ice CreaMusume." ♥

This time everyone got a new style

Peipei is going for the tomboy (ikimen) look, especially since I'm using men's makeup!

Shenshen is going for a younger feel, so she has a cute look.

Anchii is the one with heavier makeup, so she has a sensual and sexy look

Youko feels sweet, so she has a sweet look(!)

As for Reirei and Guuchan, they need to look more mature, so they going for 17 look

I hope everyone likes our new look ♥
