The anime 'Samurai Deeper Kyo' was very good though

well, I think the monsters were fun, it really showed alot of action coming fro m Kyo, which I really liked and the end was good, it really made you think, it left you speculating with other anime fans of what actually happened, who was the one the girl was with in the end? (I forgot her name... lol.... I watched the anime like 5 or 6 months ago) was it Kyo or demon eyes kyo?

very mysterious anime with good action and frikken smooth animation, and I loved the OST and I loved the kimono's
man... I am going to watch it again haha

Basically animeconcil is crap. But they are the ones subbing it which gets me really anoyed because they either sub it EXTERMELY slow or extremly fast, one time it took them from tuesday to next sunday. That really annoys u. and its always random they fix it up , never constant about the day. Really annoys everyone

Nah. Honestly, I don't like Negima.. -__- The art in the manga is o.k, but the anime.. they just kill it.. "-_- It's like Love Hina, but with magic and stuff.. and the main characters in Love Hina and Negima is pretty much the same personality.. o-O the main dude got beat up by the main girl buncha times and the shy girl got a crush on the main dude..

The first anime series of Negima really sucked. The animation was so poor, the characters barely looked liked their manga counterparts! And the voice acting was horrible. But the second anime series, Negima? was perfectly done. Though it didn't follow the manga story line, the animation was a lot nicer, and the voice acting was better. Plus, there was tons of fight scenes including a few Nagi vs Evangeline clips.

The manga... I stopped reading after that big tournament. I'm not so sure why I stopped and I should probably continue, but I really loved the manga. Ken Akamatsu with another great manga under his belt!

Yeah, I really wanted an anime that would follow the manga exactly, but I guess it's too hard (God knows why...) to make one. I mean, the Love Hina anime was totally different from the manga. Maybe it's just hard to make an anime series about a manga that has so many volumes.

Lol, the fillers lasted like a year? Man, if it wasn't for the fillers, I'd still be into Naruto.

I like Negima's original version. I don't see why everyone was son negative about the character design. To me it follows the manga's character design precisely. Animation wise was also not bad. Storyline was following the manga except near the festival and the ending. It also has a more serious note to it.

CiaCianAction: Negima doesn't have a second season... Negima and Negima! are two different animes. Negima! is a remake of the first Negima. I don't like Negima! its too childish even tho it has better animation. Artwork in Negima! is simplified. I noticed they didn't pay much attention to make the surrounding look as in the manga. That was really turn me off. Just look at the classroom scene, its so flat

on a side note, I like Love Hina very much. Animation and artwork was great. Ken should make an anime for his first manga series "AI Love You".

Really didn't like the first version of the animated series especially since the last episode leaves you with a 'what the heck is happening all of a sudden?' feeling. The remake is supposed to be better but a cease and desist/licensing has slowed subbing of it for now.

Any one watched/watching the live action version? After the first episode felt like the first anime version I stopped. Might try and watch it again if someone subs it though.

I'm torn between liking it and it irritating the heck out of me.

There are a number of things that bother me, but two main things really bother me.

I hate the charcter Asuna. I very much dislike her personality.
I also really hate these two pink haired twins in the 'walking club'. I just absolutely hate that kind of sickeningly fakely cute. There is a line between how much cute is tollerable, and how much is utterly disgusting and just comes across as completely fake. They remind me of another duo...

This anime is great. Asuna's personality changes alot throughout the manga, but not much in the anime. Fuka and Fumika are my favorite characters, but I haven't watched an episode ever since I got interested into H!P. The reason I liked it better was because of all the concerts they had with the voice actors. Maybe you should check it out.

I agree, the second series was way better. It was funnier and I loved the frog and cat. But I was a bit bored at some parts, but there were a lot of action scenes mixed into a mix of random ones.
