Newsfeed, picboard, and tracker can be filtered to your needs. Forum's headers likewise (though at the moment due to forum upgrade it is temporary off), and the forum has sections you yourself choose to visit. What's the problem?

Think of this site like your cable provider. They'll have stuff on that you don't like or don't want to watch and all you have to do is not look. Simple as that.
