Morning Musume will never get rid of their past...it's what made them famous!! Even Michael Jackson used to sing his Jackson 5 songs at concerts and lives. RR21 and many of their older songs were chart toppers and mold breakers. It made MM who they are now. If performing the older songs on a show with THE top performers in Japan (SMAP and Arashi) will help MM gain some ground, then I'm all for it.
