So some new guy at work notices I'm listening to DEEP MIND pretty loudly and he tells me he's an idol fan too. He asks me why I'm still into H!P because he converted to AKB a while ago. I tell him I enjoy the variety of personalities within Berryz and C-ute. Naturally, I ask him why he's an AKB fan now. He answers, "because they're more popular". I won't be talking to him again.

Well some might get into a group because of that. Maybe he's totally clueless right now, and don't know much. If with time he does, maybe he can say who his oshi is, what his favorite stage is, favorite team, etc. But if that never comes and he just likes them because they're the most popular, well that's not good :)

That's pretty mean. I'm a fan of AKB now because they are better produced all-round.
