    Hey! Yeah! It has been a long time. We're going to be in Japan at the same time! I don't know what is happening in Tokyo at that time. What is known is the H!P Summer concerts start on the 7/27 in Osaka. I put in for two tickets for the 27th and two for the 28th. Lottery is on 4/15. But that is the day after you leave.
