When my cats who were only with me for 2 years and the other one for 3 years passed away, I became such an emotional mess. Still am. If you have family members/friends to talk to and can understand what you are going through, talk to them. Some people may think it's silly but don't let that get to you. If you keep all the emotions locked inside, you might end up going to the shrink and making a habit out of it. It's not fun and really time consuming as well as taxing.

Thank you all! I don't know why I used my "status" (only the second time to use it) to post about Sabrina. I was, but shouldn't have been, surprised by all the heart-felt replies. I am truly touched.
