What's does it's means an eBay seller have a rating of 21000 positive, 150 neutral & 200 negative? Should I follow that 200 negative recommendation ?

    Check how recent those negatives were and what they were about.

    There are 36 negatives feedback from Jan to Feb these year, mostly they say either no item send, wrong item received ,no tracking and bad communication. I think I won't buying from this seller
