Mainly for the Hokkaido branch though. She's working from Sapporo, mostly. She comes to Tokyo occasionally.

I feel like it barely counts. She'll be as much of a productive member as Riho and Aika... when she's in an official unit that's releasing regular music, I'll count her. For now, seems like she's grasping at straws to make some money.

Lot of girls leaving H!P early. Seems like a management issue more than "I have othe dreams".

If you compare things to the early days of H!P it's all quite different there were girls in and out constantly in the first 4 years. Some girls want to be an idol when they're young but then they hit the age they graduate high school and their contract is probably up for renewal so they just think "Maybe I won't sign because I want to do other things in life I can't while being an idol" not all of them want to be in showbiz for life for some maybe it's a teenag...

Just do your best, they wouldn't have hired you if they didn't think you were qualified. There's always a learning curve with new jobs but I'm sure you'll get the hang of it. :)

Exactly what colours said. There is always this initial phase of getting used to the job. Soon you'll get the hang of the expectations and how things work! hang in there!

American news scares me though lately it's been at it's worst since September 11th happened. The whole propaganda train that happened with the election was scary never seen so many major media outlets just completely tell you to vote for one person and try to destroy their opponents.
