didnt they explicitly said that Reina was about to graduate and go back to her hometown and they decided to create it so she doesnt leave??

^Yeah Tsunku did that for her. But I think Laharle's point is why they didn't make her go solo right from the start? I think they either wanted her to grow as a muscisian or they thought it would be better commercially than going solo

Yes, that was my point. I guess I can 'understand' some reasons but idk. It's like Lovendor was basically Reina going solo (compared to Miyabi's PC for instance) so I scratched my head a little when they actually decided for a real solo path. I am inclined to believe it's the second reason^,
