What will you feel When you data in internal or external harddrive fulled with H!P lost?

You could try getting some sort of restoration software or "find lost data" software, but then you need to have another harddrive ready to be able to move the data too (if you can recover lost data at all).

What exactly happened with it? I formatted my 1TB HDD by accident a couple of months ago, but I was able to restore 99% of the data.

It's different if it's just formatted. I'm afraid my hard disk has broken cause of my nephew drop it on stairs. (doublestorey house).if the head has damage, it will cause me a lot.
