I think it was always meant to be an album track but the album was planned for earlier.

Same with Watashi nani mo Wakacchanai. Just that they performed it much later.

i still think they should have released an album after zukki graduated. i don't see how them graduating could influence the album's release since it wasn't a problem when others graduated (they just left them un-credited lol)
