I just saw the So Long PV and I couldn't help but wonder- do the hand motions (as well as those from Sakura no Shiori and Sakura no ki ni Narou) have any meaning? In my mind, I keep thinking that it's Japanese Sign Language.

    I always see them as some sort of jutsu to invoke the God of Marketing... or since those are ballads they need to come up with some none-distracting movement that keeps things interesting yet not distracting or out of place for such type of song.

    Sakura pedals falling is pretty much the thing in Sakura no Hanabiratachi's hand movements, but that's the only sakura song hand movements I can recall at the moment.
